Our Lord Jesus Christ, is the Son and Word of God, the second person of the Holy Trinity, who became flesh, as a perfect man, when the fullness of time came, and as the God-man, through His Passion and Resurrection, saved the human race from sin, decay and spiritual death.
The meaning of this Salvation was no other than that “the intimate communion between God and man was restored”.
